Not him, and Morrowind is one of my favourite games - I sank years of my life into it.

But let's be real: the engine is jank as fuck. If I hadn't had access to console commands I would have had to reload (to unstick myself from the geometry, etc.) or start over (because loading the cell causes stationary NPCs to slowly inch away from their initial position until they fall off ledges, etc) -so- many times.

It's an old school RPG. It's not supposed to be "immersive" like Skyrim tried to be. You are supposed to learn the game mechanics and use them to your advantage as best you can even if the game play starts to look ridiculous. These kind of games encourage you to abuse the mechanics.

It takes few minutes to finish quests and couple of seconds to kill enemies if you know what you are doing. You can do things, finish things and move on to other things in matter of seconds or minutes. If that isn't the definition of smooth game play then I don't know what the fuck is.

And besides, using tcl takes literally couple of seconds. It's almost like any decent PC should have console commands available to the player.

Yes, but just because I had the PC version doesn't mean everyone did. There's no F5 for XBox, and they can't open the console and use 'ra'. Regardless, I shouldn't have to spastically save just in case I clip through the ground and can't wiggle free. I shouldn't have to worry about dying because slowfall doesn't like load doors and sometimes decides to murder me. I shouldn't have to make a point to reset the actors every so often so the stridermaster doesn't fall off a cliff. Not to mention the game's rather unstable; maybe I used too many mods, but Skyrim's never come close to the crashfest Morrowind was.

Again, I love this game; it's my favourite Elder Scrolls game, and probably my favourite Bethesda game (I don't know what all they released outside of TES and Fallout). But that doesn't change the fact that the engine was a clusterfuck. That's all I'm saying.

Insurgency is really top tier. Graphics are borderline horrible but the gameplay is just awesome.

Not as cringy as CS:GO, not as casual as BF and CoD, very tense gameplay. Awesome sound, good suppression system amd weapon handling.

The graphics have aged fantastically. Those are the revolutionary graphics from OoT. Not best LoZ game, but top 2 in popularity.

I don't have a photo handy but the original 2 Resident Evils to ever come out for Playstation was one of the best ever made that created a whole genre. Its a shame they ruined the franchise by moving away from the original formula dumbing it down taking away the problem solving mysterys,
