Literally tonight, dumbass chick called up saying her delivery was taking to long (we were backed with deliveries and only had two drivers so we couldn't send many out) and said she wanted her money back. I told her since she had ordered online I couldn't do anything, but she could cancel well the order and get her money back in 5 days. She hangs up and comes down to the store and verbally abuses me and said that she demands her money back. I couldn't do shit for her though lmao so I told her to get the fuck out of my store

They'll ask for phone number and when it comes up with nothing in the comments, act nice and say that it really happened and you wanted to redeem it now. We have premix yeah, also have a machine that mixes it for us in huge batches. Another factor is water temperature. Classic Crust weighs 350 grams rolled up in a ball, then we have a machine that thins it out to be the normal dough, I much prefer thin base though
