well I have problems. I see a therapist for them but it doesn't really help. I also like this one girl and trying to get with her. Hey Anon. If you think therapy doesn't work for you, see a different therapist. You should immediately feeling that this therapist is for you or not. Also face your fears. Seriously. If you get anxious around people/strangers, seek these situations. Start doing the grocery shopping or whatever. Start small. Meet friends. Sunlight works wonders on your sanity, as well as activity like sports. It can be tough to get started but you really need to get out of your comfort zone to change things for the better.
