Only time I've ever had a bad trip before, I weighed out 30mg of 4-aco-dmt for a trip one evening. My psych tolerance was fairly high so I didnt expect the trip to really get out of hand. It was a fairly weak trip until about 3 hours in when I decided to add weed into the mix. I had a fairly disappointing strain at the moment that made me really paranoid, but I didn't really think about it too much that night. I lit up one bowl from my piece - nothing too bad; but then I decided to load up another bowl and go at it.
Suddenly something clicked in my mind - the classic weed paranoia hit me as the trip started to pick up intensity. For the next four hours, I laid in my bed in a panic state, struggling to breath (my lungs hurt from the bong, and it was intensified by the psychadelic trip) and failing to understand what I was seeing. I don't remember too much from that besides the fact that it was scary and I was completely immobilzed. I had benzos in the same room but I couldn't even bring myself to think about that in the moment. Came out of it understanding that I can't abuse psychedelics like I wanted to (I started off using them on a weekly basis) and needed to space out my trips and general drug use out.

Started smoking pot little less than a year ago. We wanted to smoke in the winter but had no ones house to go to smoke. So we had to go to a local wooded area. I took a few tokes off my friends pipe, and I started freaking out cause people were walking on the trail (they couldn't see us) but I was scared they would. Afterward I pussied out and left the smoke spot (i thought if they get caught I won't) after they finished me and my 2 other friends went back to his house and my other friend went his own way so his mom could pick him up. We get to his house and I'm sitting on his house trying to focus and hopefully become unhigh. I then get a call from my mom who tells me my friends mom picked him up and found him crying cause his hands are sensitive af in the cold. She then has a shit fit over the phone cause I'm apparently not dressed warm enough (I wasn't but whatever I'm inside who cares) she then tells me to head home with in an hour or so. I then watch my friends play exploding kittens for a bit, and the high wares off with in 45 minutes. I then go home feeling like shit then got a lecture from my mom about how I could of gotten frost bite, and that Canadian whether is crazy etc. while the lecture sucked the only thing positive I can say is she did not catch me, and in fact still has yet to.
