I had no itching or soreness either, took me about 2 weeks to heal. That being said, I was misdiagnosed at the doctors and they told me to use polysporin (protip: it slows down herpes healing for some reason) and so it should have been shorter. I got HSV1 from a chicks mouth so I imagine that's why I only had the one ulcer... if that's the case for you it's really not a huge deal. Not the answer you wanna hear man, I'm sorry, but keep your head up. Worst case scenario it's herpes, not many people care enough not to fuck you.

Help me find my problem:

So I went to the doc, who without looking told me it's yeast/thrush and prescribed some OTC anti-fungal (clotrimazole) cream.

So... any ideas what this might be?
Done two blood tests (one STD, one regular comprehensive), but no results.
Also tried to go to a specialist but they were so booked I only got an appointment like a month later on from now.

Ok so the blood test would have to specifically test for HSV and usually when you ask for your "full testing" they don't test for it. About the other doctor, I'll just say this: I was literally laughed out of the clinic twice before I demanded they swab me and it came back positive. Doctors are notoriously bad at diagnosing HSV.

I did ask for a HSV blood test as well, so I will get the results. Though it is said it may need up to 120 days to get a result. Docs said 45 days at clinic, but they said they will do a test so they will get a "zero reading" which they will be able to compare with the new test later on.

Swab test... well, this was only blood test.
I did get booked at urology, but it is still a month from now on. I cannot really hurry it, sadly.
And I reckon only they can do a swab test.

Btw. does swab test even work if I heal until then?

Ps.: I could visit some private clinic like with the blood, but it would cost me ~150$ or more, which I don't have on me at the moment. Shit fucking sucks.
