Everyone thinks i dont lie but i always lie about everything i even get compliments about being such an honnest person.

I dont like to get my hands dirty and everytime something touches them i need to wash them or whipe them (only when something gets stuck to them)

I have a lot of murder thoughts but not in like shooting or stabbing but mostly torturing them with my own hands.the only thing keeping me from it is that i really rethink everything in a different manner i dont feel guilty if i would do it but i dont like to be put in a small cell for years because i have claustrophobia and the thought of sitting there makes me even more angry.

I have been diagnosed autism by people who dont know i lie so much and i act like a sad little rat when i want to accomplish something.

People dont see me as a threat because i act like i am so sad and dumb as if im a adult with the brain of a 12 year old only to accomplish what i want. But in other situations i am the alpha male and all my friends respect me.

I adjust myself to every situation in a few minutes to get everything i want from everyone.

Can someone diagnose this maybe ? Is this sociopath stuff ?

Impossible to diagnose given what you wrote, but if you want to torture people and feel no remorse other than the theoretical prison sentence (which you seem to have a difficult time grasping the magnitude of), it suggests a troubling lack of empathy. That's a pretty common traits of people on the autism spectrum though and may simply indicate a lack of understanding of normal emotions.
