No. Child porn is defined as sexualized images of real children. Loli is art of a sexual nature of which the subject matter only appears to be that of a child. It is believed all loli, although appearing otherwise is legally 18+

The accepted consensus is that it is art and intended as such.

Just like, legally I should be able to post a picture of a nude child and face no ill consequences if the child is not sexualized in any way. Nudism is a natural lifestyle and is legal all over the planet and as such images of unsexualized children in the nude are are also completely legal.

However, that being said, you can still have your life torn apart if you aren't careful while looking at loli. Some people don't know the laws and assume this is CP and get the law enforcement involved. Once that happens you are put under a microscope because you offended some ignorant asshole.

It depends on the medium. most people and laws in the u.s. state that images and any digital content created fall outside of the "child porn" category. but there are certain areas of dispute when it comes to anything that reflects a specific individual child, shadman ran into this issue when doing porn of x-23.

the legal team behind the actress deemed that her likeness being used in such a way counted as child porn. however, if they had gone to court, they would have possibly lost.

i believe it to be immoral. people are forgetting that not only actions are deemed moral or immoral. we know whether or not to act on a thought or feeling because of how we view it beforehand.

It would be immoral if it involved the abuse of real children, but it doesn't.

The only moral question is over whether or not in encourages the sexualisation of young girls.

I mean, you could argue most people who like loli porn like it because they already find young girls arousing.

But does it legitimize a fetish/paraphilia that will never be achievable in real life? Does it strengthen that sexual desire towards a demographic too young to consent?

Or does it actually relieve that desire temporarily and help prevent would-be child molesters acting on their urges?

I have no idea. Personally I wouldn't call it immoral, but highly taboo. Mainstream society has a really basic, knee-jerk reaction to this kind of thing, so it's social suicide to admit you like loli porn anywhere but in niche communities like this. You'll instantly be seen in the same light as prolific kiddy fiddlers. And if you tried to argue the point, you'd be accused of supporting child abuse.

No, but depending on the realism and if it's and actual depiction, it can turn to that very quickly. Based on those things as long as the porn isn't anything that includes taking advantage of lolis in anyway, it's somewhat morally acceptable. Still weird.
