Not really, note that the card says "select 2 monster cards etc" and not "select UP to 2 monster cards". That means you had to select 2 monster cards, if your opponent only had one
monster on his side of the field then you wouldnt be able to resolve that effect. So its actually a pretty easy effect to play around, although I bet the guy who posted that card didn't realize that when he was a kid and just ay lmao'd at his friends while he kept bouncing 1 or 2 of his opponents monsters and bouncing the cat itself back to his hand.
