I watched this in the theater and when that scene faded to black it was dead silent for a couple of seconds and a little kid innocently clapped and said "yay" cuz he/she thought it was over. The kid wasnt trying to big a dick.

The theater busted up laughing. went from feels to heals in seconds. now i laugh everytime its fades to black.

They are irradiating apes trained to pilot to see how long they last before they die... bad enough feels there

But then in one scene some crap gets stuck in the irradiatormatic and it is going to go into meltdown so they bribe an ape that loves to smoke with a cigarette to go and pull the crap out and save them all. And he comes back for his cigarette but they cant give it to him through the window and he just paws at the window trying to take it out of their hands looking confused and disappointed after he just saved them all... poor guy couldnt get his cancer to top off his lethal dose of gamma rays :(

I am not ashamed to say that i also shed a tear at the end of the movie when all the pilot trained apes flew off into the sunset on their own plane as well!

The last scene of the movie Lion with the real footage of the guy meeting his mother for the first time in 20 years really had me in tears. The happiness of reuniting with his mother after so long, but at the same time the sadness of finding out his big brother died, so many conflicting emotions.
