Shit fucking sucked. I also got reamed twice because the 2 assistant principals didn't communicate with each other that the first one already spoke to me. 2009 was a rough year.

I kicked a janitors trash can over that was on those moving wheels. Can was empty, some teacher working late came around the corner and saw me. I immediately put it back up and apologized. I stashed self-made fireworks in my desk. They took it pretty seriously and I got in plenty of trouble for that. The adults handled it like I was building a massive bomb of somekind. Of course this was a dumb shit thing for me to do and considering everything they did the right thing even though it was a bit over the top.

My excuse is that I came from a very poor family and I didn't get to have fireworks at all. Not even the shitty ones. We didn't have money for things like that. On the otherhand I had been brought up by my grampa as a kid who built things. I had made things like completely functional karting car out of random shit at the age of 9, so it goes without saying that i'd spend days looking for spent or dud fireworks and built functional fireworks from them.
I've had a lot of cases like this in my childhood and only in retrospect have I realized how abnormal it all was. It's a small miracle that I survived with very few scratches.

I got kicked out of my Technology Class because I would finish all my work early and play League of Legends. I was cruising through this class scoring A's on every project and was so ahead of schedule I had nothing to do, so I would play a game of League to pass the time. Teacher didn't have a problem with it. Some other student did. He felt it was unfair that he had to work on his projects while I relaxed and enjoyed a game of League. So he made this huge deal about it claiming it wasn't fair to the students that were struggling. So instead of the school admitting he was being a little bitch, they kick me out of tech class and stick me in Study Hall.

I didn't realize that I had been sexually abused by my grandma until like 15 years later.

She used to finger my asshole when I was a kid and always wanted to help me take a bath even when I was like 8 years old. She watched me and my brothers all the time for my parents since she only lived a few blocks away.

Being me in school. Was literally in the office more times than in the classroom for all of Elementary School, teachers just didn't like the fact I didn't like being there and always passed out(didn't intentionally start sleeping through school until 7th grade)

Around 14/15, sat in PSE class (I guess the US would call it Citizenship?). Thought the class was still dull but whatever.

I'm not even meme-ing. It's like 7 years later and I'm still pissed off.

When I was in 1st grade I would always fight with the same kid in my class(guess I was an asshole??)

Anyway, halfway thru the school year the teacher got fed up and sent me to a different class for the rest of 1st grade(understandable) I finished the rest of 1st grade with no problems.
THAT DIDN'T MATTER. They labeled me a problem child and when I started 2nd grade I was placed in the Special Ed class(not for troubled kids but legit tards with Downy face)
I knew I didn't belong there....

I finished off the year in the Tard class and they decided I could return to normal class for 3rd grade. I beat them at their own game and by the end of 3rd grade I was excelling and apparently they had made a mistake because my State tests were at the very top(and apparently Inwas a quick-learner) and they held a conference with my mom where they told her I was gifted and should skip 4th grade and head straight into 5th after 3rd. My mom declined and for thr rest of my schooling I was placed in advanced classes.


I don't share the story to brag but to bring attention to these severely underpaid teachers that would rather ship a kid off to retardo camp instead of dealing with a bratty kid that may just be acting out.

The solitary, indefinite detention, that fucking list. I hated that the most. I'd be screwed before I even met a new teacher because they had this preconcieved notion of me from that god damn list.

I may have to rethink my theory on american schools. Perhaps the system itself is flawed. Perhaps school as we know it is flawed. Kids shouldn't be kept under lock & key all day, ordered around by people with emotional security issues who secretely hate children.

One teacher was stupid enough to gloat at me that I was on the principals secret list, so I snuck into his office and was lucky enough to find it in his unlocked desk drawer. It was just a List titled "Undesirables to be removed" with a bunch of kids names on it, including myself and my two friends. Unfortunately there was no way to prove he wrote it, he wasn't dumb enough to sign it or anything.
