Political comedy is too easy, and spewing philosophies on stage is too preachy, sure it can be thought provoking, but it's not very funny. Guy is hysterical, I really think he's possibly the best active comedian. Well..partially active. The man resurfaces when he wants to. Louis's two big standups in the late 00s (and early 00s before he made it big...some of those low quality vids that were taken in clubs in 04, 05 were great as well) were outstanding. He has lost that but those were probably some of the better routines ever done. His latest was good but not great, certainly not outstanding. He needs to stfu about gay rights.
