Canadian living in the U.K for one year here.

But it's far from the ones in France. I felt scared when I was there. The ones in France looked like they just got out of the ship... they didn't even speak French! I've lived in London England my whole life.
Here in east London the numbers of Muslims are high. They mainly keep them selves to them selves.
They own a lot of the local businesses e.g. shops, gyms, dry cleaners.

I went to school where muslims were the majority. There are parts of London where entire roads of houses are owned by Muslim families. I don't feel there are no go areas here though. England is my home! London is my home... though it is a very different place to what it was growing up in the east end. Most white English that once lived on my road have moved to Essex. Muslims are not as bad as the media makes them out to be.

I'm from Latvia.

We don't have almost any refugees here at all. I think the reason is that we have very little money. The monthly dotation that a refugee gets is a little below minimum wage+accomodation is paid for. Bonuses for families with children though.

They live in partially enclosed community away from the big city. No one allows them to live in commoner areas. They are required to study Latvian language and find a job within 3 or 6 months (not sure about the duration). Their children are to learn in a Latvian school.

Citizens heavily frown upon burqas and hijabs, often we do not acknowledge if a woman wearing full muslim garb is talking to us. They get bullied to drop the facial coverings very fast.

There was an interview with a refugee last year and the single male piece of shit complained that he had to find a job (!) and that we gave too little money (!) and that people ridiculed him for being a refugee & not fighting for his country. He has since left to Faterland...
