No, that's a common misconception. What you're thinking about is DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder). But many Schizophrenics can appear to have multiple personalities depending on their mental state.

Well, I did it myself. I like killing bugs with candles, and today I was messing with it. Jeezus, the more I read about your life the more I'm realizing I'm developing the same schizo.

I pretty much cut out most my "friends", I'm really reclusive and try any excuse not to go out. I haven't had any hollucinations but everyday I get thoughts about something bad or embarrassing I did and start saying "you idiot, stupid stupid" over and over until I realize who I am.
