if your buying make sure you weigh it up they are deceptivley light when dry dont buy wet as its hard to dose. brew them into a tea by boiling water and addign diced mushies to the just boiled water for 20 minutes to steep, then draining the solid matter out and adding lemon juice or teabags for flavour. divide the totalk mixture by volume to make sure you all get an equal dose stay in a dry warm room with tv and blankets and dont let strangers parents teachers or law interupt you.
