The real issue here is trust.

Whether or not she did something with the guy, OP feels conflicted and like she has somehow violated his trust. Even if it were the case that she had just made plans to see a photographer without telling him (i.e. hadn't seen the photographer yet) then OP would still feel messed up about it. The reason being that somehow he feels that she has overstepped on his boundaries.

The questions now are:
1) Can OP make her understand that without coming off as a really insecure controlling prick?
2) Does OP understand what boundaries she even overstepped? (Note: Lots of people have lots of different relationships, it won't make sense for OP to be mad, from her perspective, for arbitrary reasons that he can't even express)
3) Does she understand or can she understand that she overstepped some boundary?
4) Even if she understands and feels bad about it, can OP ever repair his trust in her? (Note: with things like this it is often the case that it will continue to create new doubts in the future, slowly poisoning the relationship over time)

From an outside perspective, I can think of a few reasons for why she may not have told him without there being something "more" going on.
1) OP is a jealousfag and she may have (wrongly) felt like it would have been easier to ask for forgiveness than to ask for permission.
2) She honestly just didn't think it was a big deal or is possibly trying to assert her independence in the relationship (e.g. "Does she really need to consult her boyfriend about whether or not she's allowed to model?".
