I began to feel nauseous and my entire body shivered as I sweated like mad. After vomited up a black sludge for about 30 minutes straight, I was relieved and overcome by postitivity. I cried for the first time in 10 years, and it was joyous. My third eye and crown chakra were wide open, and I felt in tune with everything, overcome by and intense and overwhelming sense of love. It was amazing.

I experienced many synchronicities for the following week. Things like thinking about my cat coming to my window that hadn't came to my window in a year, and shortly after it doing so.. I thought about a friend out of the blue I hadn't spoke to in more than a year, and they contacted me shortly after.. So many coincidences that were always pleasant happened.

I channeled him again a month later, and let him take over my body while playing guitar. I hadn't played in 3 years, but found myself playing beyond my skill and playing things that came elsewhere. It was even beyond his skill when he was alive.. Melodic, psychedelic, soulful, and very emotional stuff. I was watching myself do it, and I had little to no control over it. It was insane.

I used to be really heavily into meditation. At one point I tried an experiment and replaced sleeping with meditation and I was getting some pretty awesome results. When I did sleep they were all lucid dreams and I was experiencing some really amazing states.
There was a night I meditated all night, and this is what you won't believe. I saw everything that happening the next day in my dream/meditative state. The whole day played out in my mind and then it happened.

Saw what appeared to be an orb of light late one night in FL. It was descending swiftly, like a bird swooping down almost.

Due to how bright it was I later heard of ball lightning and believe that may've been it. I tried to see where it landed, but it just disappeared.

Could've been swamp gas, too, but it was like a perfect sphere, so I'm skeptical about that a bit.

I tried to figure it out and that is the only thing I could come up with but at that time I have never been so refreshed in my life, and also physically healthy. I meditated during the night, saw my future, then when I came to in the morning, my whole day just played out. Things were happening like for example, I started kind freaking out when i started seeing people in my house from the meditative state and i knew what they were going to say and the subjects they were going to talk about, so i decided to get out and go for a jog. Then as I was went to jog i knew this was part of my meditation, and the meditation was manipulating my waking world into down what i had already seen.
