Good with coke too, I tried it last night.

Would like to try more than just Bombay Sapphire though.

Fuckin' East Side Rickey mate.

3-4 mint leaves
2-3 cucumber slices
1oz lime juice
3/4oz simple syrup
2oz choice gin (Hendricks compliments the cucumber super nicely)

Muddle the dry ingredients in a tin, add wet ingredients then shake with ice. Double strain (using a small tea strainer) into a highball glass filled with ice then add soda water for effervescence then give a light stir. This drink is goddamn divine in hot weather.

Hendricks is macerated with cucumber among a fuckton of botanicals before its final distillation, and the the use of it muddled in the actual cocktail I posted find it gives this funky refreshing quality that many drinks lack. Not some meme level healthy shit but it becomes refreshing as fuck.
