I'm very interested in what the automation of fast food will look like. Yeah, McD's says they're about the customer experience but really, it's about THE TIMES. County wide competitions among the stores for who has the fastest drive-thru. I work at a culvers, and those senior discounts are gnarly man. These fogeys go through the drive through, take 12-24 minutes to order and make sure you add a "senior discount" to their order. They save 50 cents, max.
