i prefer Fallout 4 for modding for a few reasons:

1. NPCs have better slider distribution, you don't get clones who are all the exact same height, exact same weight, etc like pic >>731581380

2. clothes and hair are all rigged for animation already.

3. interior lighting is better.

4. the engine and game it's self is stronger, more stable and more fluid. i can alt-tab, run at max speed with tons of shit going on, etc and not crash

5. the LOOT database doesn't have to sort through 1 million billion miscellaneous Skooma mods.

6. Settlement building gives more freedom and synergizes with the built in survival mode, Skyrim doesn't even have a survival mode baseline

i can do all the sandbox RP bullshit I did in Skyrim on Fallout, I just don't have sexlab.
