How do you get to that point, do you just stop being able to move and say "hey this is fine". I can't imagine what this would be like, I freak out about random pains and spots.

Holding your nose up to the fold of his legs you take a deep smell all the way into your core. Cheese, mayonnaise and the smell of full rot enter your lungs. You gag, but you will not be denied your feast. Taking one of the leg pustules into your mouth, you bite down hard - thick, yellow pus shoots into your throat and strikes your uvula. With the taste of pure rot, your gag helps the half mouthful of disease get down your throat and into your stomach. This feels wonderful, as you haven't eaten in a full day. Finally you pull apart the crux of his legs to reveal half an inch of incredibly thick paste lining the folds. "Laygs" was yelped from the corpulent James, but you barely notice. Sliding a finger across the goop, you happily place your now heavier finger into your mouth and suckle the sour paste down. No longer can you help it and you go hog wild, drinking mouthfuls of what used to be skin and fat down your hungry throat. Stomach full and picking your teeth of bits of stringy flesh, you kiss James deeply through the remnants of sausage and gravy lining his lips. Falling asleep on his huge fatpad, stomach full, well, today was bliss.

Dieting needs to be sustainable and easy to integrate into your normal life. Start by reducing your normal food intake by 1/4 and reduce to a level that approximately meets averag daily calorific requirements. Stick with it, keep active in every day life, join a gym if you want to speed things up. Don't become a fit freak, they suck.
It takes time but it worked for me and because it's sustainable and easy you won't crash and can still eat shitty but tasty food occasionally.

6'1" and 270lbs here. Been doing soylent for a month. Good to replace A meal, but not every meal. (even have that quoted on soylents product boxes) stuff is not bad. Mix a spoon of a nutritional powder (slimfast, ensure, boost ect) for added vitamins and taste, it stays with you for a few hours. Good luck anon

My mother is a respiratory therapist at a hospital. Some regulars are so fat that they will not fit in the normal human sized MRI and cat scan machines. In those situations they literally have to send people to the animal doctors used by the zoo so they can get an MRI or some other scan.

It's my favorite thing to tell people that my mother has sent people to the zoo. It's also a great argument stopper: "if you don't shut up, I'll have you sent to the zoo".

I just realized something. What a person gets to a certain point of fatness you can no longer tell what race they are. Think about it, their face and body just expands so much that all of their features become blurred by a thick layer of blubber comma even their skin tone changes as it becomes diseased and infected. So in many cases you can no longer tell what someone's ancestry / ethnicity is by just looking at them anymore.

Ever tried downing 400kcal worth in pure rice? And some rice has also a fairly low glycemic index. Also your body is very uneconomical to make fat out of excess carbs.
Low energy is what counts. If someone manages to do it with high-carb, low fat, or the low-carb high protein/fat diet doesn't matter for the individual.
I was trying low-carb high protein but the cravings for carbs where very hard. I was only 10-15lb overweight though, but I needed to eat one dark bread with every meal to stay "mentally" filled after a meal. Good luck!

So one day I was going home after pulling a double, I had eaten at a fast food place for lunch and it was way greasier than normal so I was feeling kind of bleh.

Look at the amount of sugar you consume each day. If it's more than 6 - 7 grams you're eating the wrong things. If you want to get healthy getting your diet right is the most important thing above all.

Starvation actually is a thing. Doesn't mean you will magically gain weight by eating less, your weight loss is going to be slow AF.
Set a goal weight, eat the caloric intake for that body. High protein, second high fats, least carbs ( wholegrains)
Reduce processed stuff to minimum. Reduce jacking off to once a week.
Start walking one hourish per day.

I would say you'd lose twice that amount per week.
