Bamboo skewers. You can buy a big pack of like 200 of them at most grocery / department stores, they're long and, at least in my experience, almost the exact same size as the inside of a one hitter. You should be able to use one to easily clear the one-hitter, restore it to working shape, and get all the res out of it.

If you wanna be super gross you can make what my friends and I call noise, though this works better if you've also got a dab rig handy, I don't know how it would work with weed res. Basically, you wanna bust your weed up super fine, and then (ideally) you take some shatter reclaim, slightly warm, and start kneading it into the reclaim.
