Their active abilities are insanely powerful with only minor downsides, and plus they both give passives to which there are no downsides.

I'd say I'd pick the ear stud though. I find it more thrilling to be able to sneakily get my way, rather than just commanding people hither and thither. Either would make a mean CEO/conqueror of the world.

Zeus.
Don't use it often, and the negative effects will be extremly managable, while the passive effects still take place. Only use if it's an emergency or you are level headed at the time and have already weighed the options. The charisma that you get from this would be incredibly usefull for someone who struggles to talk to strangers, like me, so really you dont need to use the active ability all that much.

Hephaestus.
I want the envy and general cockiness. I'm a pretentious fuck, so I would pretty much only use it for artsy stuff anyway. The downsides being ups and the upsides being everything i want in life, make this the easiest choice. I hear people complaining all the time about the struggle for original ideas. They often have skill, but lack creativity, but i'm the opposite. I am creative without the skill sets i desperately want. This would make my life so much happier.

Hypnos.
It may seem like i've just thrown everything away by choosing this, but honestly this is big for me. I have been diagnosed with depression. I find myself in bed often. Most of the time spent in bed, however, is not spent asleep. I spend that time daydreaming. It was a coping mechanism that turned into a habit, and it often feeds my creativity. To actually be in those daydreams would be worth narcolepsy to me. Add the fact that you are constantly comfortable (which i will interpret as calm also) and having to deal with depression and anxiety would be a thing of the past. The nightmare bit doesnt concern me either. Usually nightmares contain volatile bits of your subconscious mind that float up to the surface. This makes them useful, especially if you have trouble understanding why you feel as shitty as you do. They have helped me in this way before.

In essence, i would become an artist. Probably focused on vidya, but not exclusively. The creative boost from the dreams, the quality boost from the skills, and the charisma all put together would be a godsend for this kind of career. This is ideal.
