Best recipe is take full wings and break them, but do not cut them. dust very lightly in baking powder, and then generously with a flour seasoning mixture, making sure to press it into the skin. flash fry in any oil of your choosing, and do not drain, but put the wings on a grate to keep it off of you baking sheet, then cook at 315 degrees for an hour, then turn and cook at 450 for a half hour. coat with sauce and put them back in if you want, but I usually just boil my sauce until thick and toss the wings in it. best lazy sunday wings.
