Yeah definitely a bit of both. It's been getting worse lately. I've had ups and downs with weed. I stopped smoking weed as much for a while because it was having bad effects on me (laziness, apathy, etc.) but it made my anxiety way worse. So I started smoking a little bit each day (just one hit or so at night) and it's improved my mood a lot but now I've started having these bad thought type situations. I'm also seeing a bit of the reason I stopped smoking in the first place again in me.

It sucks, man. I feel like I'm dependent on it to function (even if that functioning is not 100% of what it would be otherwise) but I also don't know if that's better or worse than the alternative of extreme anxiety.

With edibles, I feel like it's less of a head high and it's longer lasting but more... relaxing? It's a nice high that just makes you feel very relaxed. What's important is proper dosing though because potency can be very high in edibles and they can take some time to work.

I've been on a whole litany of different shit, sometimes three things at a time. I would take one pill and get a side effect, so they would add another to counteract that side effect but I would get another from the second medicine and so on. It's a dangerous cycle and how the pharmaceutical companies make their money.

I stopped taking medicine and started smoking weed. Slowly, I was going to bed at a good time and waking up early and rested on 6 hours of sleep, eating healthy and regularly and just changed my life around.

Sad that you can't experience those things with weed, but there's something out there that will help you, whether it's weed or a hobby. There's something out there that will make you want to wake up every morning.

I think the smoking on the weekend thing is probably a good idea in general. I tried that but it made me anxious and I would end up smoking too much on the weekends and kind of wasting them away. I feel like for me personally the best balance is to smoke a tiny bit at night, I just have to be disciplined not to do it when I have other shit to do, or during the day.

I just woke up. Feels like I was smoking and drinking for 8 hours straight. Work had an annual event and I got off at normal time, so I hung around with friends, rolled joints, drank a ton of beer, and slept 10-5 like a stone.
