Get yourself a supplement kit like RaveBox or something similar that contains all the supplements needed for a clean roll. As long as you follow the directions and make sure not to over hydrate (you'll get a killer headache), you'll have a magical time.

OP: it'll feel like the best thing ever. Stay close to your friends for the first while once it hits, its good to be in familiar surroundings for this part. Takes approx 20 mins to come up, should last a few hours depending on pill strength. If it's one pill, then take half and see how it goes, drop the other half after 2 hours if it feels good.

As for people saying "drink every hour, drink this amount and that amount", drink a small amount every 20-30 mins, beer works well as it'll also give you some calories so you're not super hungry once the roll wears off.
