But the early serious symptom changes I saw were talking to myself (voices) a lot, my thinking got really erratic, a lot of the time I actually can't even figure out how I got to a conclusion, or what I'm actually thinking about.
I have a lot of emotional breaks, I get extreme anxiety attacks, that make me extremely paranoid which causes me to have psychotic breaks.

I sleep. A lot.
I can't keep my thoughts organized very well anymore. I often lose track of what I was thinking about, or how I came to a conclusion. Or what that conclusion may even be related to.
I have basically no social life at all anymore.
I have auditory and visual hallucinations, which include hearing voices and seeing figures.
My thinking can get really deluded if I have a psychotic break too

My friend used to have hallucinations and delusions and when she sought professional help she was diagnosed with DiD after already being diagnosed with BPD like me. But she was sure that she was schizophrenic. She was sure she could hear voices telling her what to do and once she told me she saw an angel telling her to jump out her window. Then one day she just stopped having these symptoms and the only symptoms I can see in her now is BPD ones. Whats the deal with that? Sorry I'm not too smart with these things, I'm only educated with personality and mood disorders
