They bought the tennis courts in the 70's for nothing to bail out a sub division. A shrewd business move sure, but you gotta imagine that it hurting recruitment a bit. They should just separate the two set of dues, they do sell accesses to the courts (mostly the sub division that it used to belong to, there is some animosity to say the least). I don't see why I have to pay for both.
