My first time LSD was horrific bad trip. Never been in such a sick/dark state of mind. From that trip I've learned how weak the mind can be, I think I caught a glimp of what a mentally ill person must feel like.

Second time was super awesome. Took it very impulsivly (on a party with a friend who never done it before) but it turned out great.

You can't prepare for it OP, just do it and go with the flow. Might turn bad, might turn awesome. Doesn't matter if you tried any other kind of drug. If you've never done psychedelics, LSD will blow your mind away.

Most importantly: do it with people you trust and care about (vice versa) and in a safe setting. This way, a possible bad trip won't have any effect on your social/personal life. Since friends are there to support you, even when you've lost control completely while tripping your balls off.

Imagine a smooth surface of water with one ripple emanating from the centre, that's you tripping, other people creating other ripples in your space can turn it pretty negative if you aren't comfortable with them.

I usually drop 5-6pm and am still up lightly tripping or playing with thoughts 9-10am the next day with soft visuals lasting even until then
