Small breakfast. Lots of water. Make lots of sauces to flavor things up without adding too many calories. Brown rice and chicken are your friends. Vinaigrettes for your salads are a better alternative to dressings and it makes them flavorful and tart without the extra calories. Don't believe the lie that eating healthy is expensive. It's not expensive, it just takes some know-how and a changing of your routine.

People only say eating healthy is expensive because they:

1.) Can't cook and buy expensive pre-packaged shit that says that it's healthy (that isn't)
2.) Are mentally lazy and not willing to change their lifestyle to meet their goals

You can find a healthy alternative to everything that tastes good if you just apply a little effort to learning how to cook for yourself. It takes a lot less willpower than you think to eat well. More savviness than sacrifice.

I was 265. A few weeks ago I decided to try this "diet" (not really a diet) everyone was telling me about. Basically I only eat from noon to 8 PM. That's pretty much it. I cheat sometimes but it works extremely well. I'm down to 240. I pretty much eat whatever I want, I stay away from soda and potato chips, though.

If eating is your problem and not exercising. Find a vegetable you actually can enjoy eating plain or without much added to it that has a lot of fiber in it.

Next get rid of artificially sweetended drinks and stick to water, lemon water, cucumber water, diet soda if you have to.

With this alone you'll notice a difference.

haven't eaten dinner yet. I'll probably get a burger from a fast food place like McDonald.

if you wanna lose weight a good tip is to not drink sugary drinks. most people forget that sugra makes you gain weight too and they have a hard time losing it because of soda. Diet soda doesn't help either. If you need to drink something sweet try fruit juice with no added sugar. my favorite is SunBerry Farms because they come in convenient cartons that I take with me places. You can get it at Raley's and Nob Hill.

Apple cider vinegar. One tablespoon In warm water with honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Stir well and drink THREE TIMES A DAY 30 minuets before every meal. Haven't changed my diet too much besides watching the soda and sugar and I've lost 6 lbs in two weeks. I don't exercise ever.
