I believe in Germany there was a test project in which it was possible to seek help completely anonymously which had huge success and helped a lot of people, potentially even prevented crimes from happening. It's definitely the way to go. While there is medication that could help there's also the way of dolls or art (lolicon for example) to help those people live out the urges. I agree with those things but it's far from problem solved. Social recognition of the issue as it is is very much needed too.
