Yeah, they have long lifespans, but they're artificially supported by technology. For many reasons that technology can fail or they can run out of supplies. Aliens can literally make any environment their home. So that's where the long-term thing comes into play.

And weapons like nets, plasma, speargun and disk can be dodged.

Enclosed confines would be a disadvantage for a Predator, though. They prefer jungle-y open areas where they can climb shit and set traps.
Whereas Aliens take advantage of corners and tunnel-like systems, like air vents, that allow more up-close ambushes.

Predators always seem to come with a set of standard weapons. Wrist-blades, shoulder cannon, spear, disc or disc-like throwing weapon. Net gun? And med-kit, of course.
Although I think Aliens have the general advantage in close quarters. While, you know, being fucking helpless at range.
