I'l do a long elderflower syrup, RS and mulberry in the summer

I also use it to light flaming drinks, using absynth or 151 is a waste and sometimes damages the flavour (if anyone can be bothered trying to make a flaming drink taste good)

sometimes I use it to fortify sangria, it's a much better option than vodka, and while gin can be nice it depends on the kid of red wine you are using as a base; and your choice of spices
