In all honesty I don't think there is a game today that can come close to how good BF2 was back in it's golden days.

When there was 64 players on each side, all working together (properly) in those massive expanses of a map. Squads working together to capture objectives, listening to a commander that knew his shit. Games that went on for 2 hours and came down to the wire, that's what it was all about.

I liked Medieval II, but my first TW game was Rome II, meaning I wasn't used to how clunky the units were on the battlefield to command. Also, most factions in Medieval II were extremely similiar, with the only differences between factions really being West vs East vs Middle East.

I really like the massive variety of factions in Warhammer, the way every faction forces you to take up a new playstyle, and the magic. The Campaign for Warhammer is also really fun, with the Chaos Warriors bringing really amazing high tier armies.

But I do agree with you in that it's a lot more basic on the campaign map, with the limited building slots and stuff, as well as the combat happening too quickly, I liked the long slog of Medieval II's combat more.

Sigh, game was so fucking badass. Loved the thick ass manual. Shit was a small book. Still have the manual actually. Spent a lot of time looking at it.

TF2 and Overwatch are both really fun games, however TF2 is probably harder because of the sheer amount of variables in play during a match. Overwatch heroes have a set load out each time, while each merc has dozens of different items and choices each with their own effects and quirks. It's really hard to get into because there's so much shit going on.

THANK YOU. OW is a pretty cool game. I played it for about 45 minutes and really enjoyed it at my cousins house. I'll probably buy it when I get some cash. But I don't think i'll sink as many hours into it as I have in TF2.(over 1,00 combined with my new account and my old account) But OW is a fun game. In the 45 minutes I played it I noticed that it wasn't as like tf2 as I thought. My biggest problem is no strafing and and mobility. I know there are ways to get around fast in OW but in tf2 as demo and solly you can get across the map in seconds. Scout is fas and pyro has detonator jumps. Medic has the quick-fix and engie can sentry jump. Both are god games and will last for many years to come.
