I've always had a tendancy to gain weight extremly quick, but it was kept in check by my parents being extremely careful with what I was allowed to eat, so I was only really "chubby", not full-on fat. Once I moved out, I blew up like a balloon because I ate like a piece of shit.

Imagine not being allowed to eat almost any fatty foods or any candy your entire life, and suddenly those restrictions are gone and you got a bunch of money. That's what happened. No one else's fault but my own; I gave in to the hunger I'd felt my entire life and I gained shittons of weight.

Four months in I lost thirty pounds. Six months in I was at 241lbs. I lost that just from working. Not exercising. If people would exercise it would be a huge difference. I'm a femfag but fuck. Being a landwhale is definitely something I will never tolerate.

My weight had fluctuated from 44 (severely underweight) to 80 kilos (fat fuck) over the years, but it didn't get me years to realise I was unhealthy at both ends of the spectrum. Through playing competitive sports and eating minimal junk food I'm down to ~60kg and I reckon I've got about 5 more kilos to go to look and feel the best at my height - ~165cm. I'm naturally well proportioned so a few(!!) extra kg give me more of a natural look.

It didn't take me an ungodly amount of effort to lose weight and look/feel better, even despite that the culprit was hormonal b/c.

I guess the planetoids are struggling to see the hard truth from behind all the fat rolls/folds kek
