Physical damage, even from taking it over years, it pretty much nil. Just stay hydrated if youre in warm weather.
You cant take acid the day after a trip, youll have a really strong tolerence build up, but it goes away quickly. Wait about a week between trips if you want full effect, but tripping weekly is unnecessary. Ive been taking acid for about 3 years probably every 1-3 months, but thats on top if occasional mdma and yearly shrooms.

doesn't matter. as long as the LSD is that cold it wont react with much and it will be slow when it happens. the tin foil should keep most/all of the condensate away from the paper.
