if you haven't tried melatonin, give that a try. valerian root can help you sleep too. or just take a swig of nyquil or some cold medicine, something that makes you drowsy.

hopefully at least one of those things works for you. I have both depression and insomnia and sometimes if I get one or two half-decent night's sleep, it seems to help somewhat.
