I started vaping to quit smoking. It was the most effective method and the only one that never made me relapse. I'm kind of embarrassed about it now because of faggots like the ones in this thread who think vaping is about making the biggest clouds in the most obnoxious public places possible, making people hate you, all other vape users, and vaping in general.

I've been vaping for 3 years and use low VG and low nicotine to keep cigarette cravings away and keep the vapor cloud as minimal and unnoticeable as possible, and I only vape in public smoking areas or my own house/car. I'd urge all other vapers to do the same, for the sake of those of us who don't want to be seen as massive douchebags just because we wanted to quit smoking.

Pack-a-day smoker here. Went from $6.00 a day cost down to ~$0.20 a day cost by switching to e-cigs. Not having to go outside every hour is nice, so is being able to vape anywhere I want. If the cloud could be an issue, I just blow it into my shirt sleeve (firmly). Works like magic.

One of the best decisions I ever made. Skip the "starter kits" and "ego pencil" type bullshit. Go straight to a eLeaf mod for $30, a couple 18650 batteries for it, and whatever the flavor of the month RBA is. I mix my own juice and with electricity to charge the batteries, like I say, costs about a quarter a day.

18mg is one of the highest nicotine contents you can get. If you are vaping out of a pen its probably not as bad as vaping from a mod. I've smoked cig, hookah and vaped. I vape 3mg and it gets me by. You should try to ween yourself off of the nicotine. Cigs do have a lot of nicotine in them. There isn't too much information on how much nicotine is delivered to your system because of the variability in the delivery mechanisms. if you vape 18mg every day and throughout the day that is likely more than a couple cigs a day. I would just scale it back. You can still get satisfaction from a lower nic content.

When I first started, I put my pack in a drawer somewhere and a couple months later came upon it and chuckled a bit. I started out at ~10% nicotine and it did just fine for me. I think you need to use an actual real setup to mimic the 'smoking' experience. It's night and day vs the starter kits.

As far as nicotine goes, it's absorbed mostly via your mucus membranes, vs the lungs. Try focusing on breathing it out your nose, you'll get more nicotine.

Been Vaping for 3 years 1st to quit a 12 year smoking habit. For the last 10 months I've been mixing my Meth and thc in my vape, I make my own ejuice and put extra flavours to disguise the meth and thc smell. I can vape my drugs in public even in front of cops and they don't notice. Since about 2 months ago I've been Vaping alcohol, great way to consume it as my duck doesn't turn into a sprinkler and don't need to go to the toilet every half an hour.
