She went through a locked roof access door, aparently relocked it after getting through, went into a water tank with a locked lid and locked the lid behind her somehow. Was found dead, presumably drowning but the coroner couldn't determine a cause of death. She was also floating face up which is extremely odd in drowning scenarios. What about the case is unsolved? The roof was accessible. The water tanks were accessible. She was fully capable of making her way to the roof and into the tank. She had a history of mental illness.
