With the brand I use I use 2/3 a cup, thats with small-medium tolerance. Cold water. I'll usually use a full cup if I use 2/3 seeds. I also wash it twice, it's very effective! For pain, and recreationally. It's a cheap alternative but as addicting as other opiates, the withdrawals are worse because of all the other alkaloids. I wouldn't recommend it, only as a last resort.
