there's a lot more than goes into it than you might think. you've got to consider the angle of the face compared to the angle of the model. you need to correct the lighting so it matches the model. you need to do the opposite of the skin tone so that the model matches the friend.

it's not a quick process if you want it to be believable.

The problem is really like light levels and stuff - heres a quick 2 min mock up of why thats a problem.

you'll need picks with the same lighting and stuff, but also to make sure that you get similar coloured hair and skin or whatever.

Alternatively, if they are facing nearly the same way and you have a full shot of their hair, you can just replace the full head.

It's actually a lot harder than you think, the better fakes are just luck or very similar pictures.
