I know what it's like, I've had anxiety for nearly a decade, but what people on this site don't realise is that women aren't as visual as men when it comes to attraction (still visual, just not to the same extent) so energy is more important than you realise. We don't know if you look tense because you're shy and sweet or because you're a violent sperg holding his rage in (and because we're all anxiety-riddled in general tbh we're more likely to assume latter).
