You could honestly clean this place up in a week with relative ease if you wanted to. Go buy some gloves, bin bags, scourers, kitchen roll, probably a mask and a shit load of multipurpose cleaner and bleach. Pick up some weed, get high and spend an hour each day cleaning the shit out of a different room. Get some scented candles, keep on top of it by cleaning for 15 mins a day. Its honestly not difficult and you'll feel way better.

I know it's unfair if noone else cleans, but that's reality. People are shit. When you get your own place you'll be in the habit of not only cleaning your own shit but others too, so independent living will be a breeze. Give it a try, you have nothing to lose.
