The work culture mainly. There's an expectation (for all) to work a certain number of hours per week. New grads are out to prove themselves and any of the big four knows this so they'll push them to the max. But that's really more so with auditing/accounting.

I lucked out and got into their software development side of the house so my day to day is vastly different from about 90% of my co-workers.

Any of the big four names looks really good on a resume, though. At PwC they pay for all of the training and certifications and the work flexibility is really nice.

The pay band differs per area, per status, and how long you've been at PwC.
