These were experimental, so I left it plain. Before I got my deep fryer, I tried a spice mixture I really like for chicken that was 1 part sage, 2 parts cinnamon, and 3 parts coriander. I also like St. Lucifer's brand blend, but it's basically just garlic salt with habanero powder

Killer, I like to experiment. I throw a mish mas of salt garlic pepper onion powder paprika and red pepper (a pinch) in a mixture of flour and Italian flavored breadcrumbs. Deepfried. Set the kitchen on fire one night. It's grey instead of white now.
