If the Uruguayans are still here I am actually very curious as to why they don't sell flowers on the street???

I have several theories:
* Political loyality - we want the law to stay and become stronger, so we don't produce pot in the house to sell flowers.
* Lack of entrepeneurship. Do not realize that 6 plants at a time properly managed will give about minimum a kilo a year, thus a thousand dollars a year risk free.
*Streetdealing is controlled by Southern Cone Mafia - the situation is more or less the same in Argentina and Chile - NOT in Paraguay, nor Brazil nor anywhere else.
