There were so many questions that people had, and I remember that I used to love discussing all the odd quirks of it. Shit like evil morty's obsession with hurting others, the origin of the evil Morty, the one true morty, etc etc etc. All of these theories all held equal weight, all had some validity, now only one of them can be true.

It just sort of ruins the magic of not knowing/coming up with it yourself.

Beyond that it ruins the ending music choice. "For the damaged coda" held such significance, but if they bring it back it means nothing.

Kinda bums me out now.

Significant because killing our Rick/stealing his memories was supposed to be evil morty's biy coda (final act on plays). It was implied he had been working on this for awhile, implied there were other "acts" in the "play" leading up to all of it. But Rick escapes and evil morty has to go into hiding, hence "damaged coda", as it's his end bug it is t what he wanted it to be.

Hurt by nine inch nails has some signifigance as well. The songs lyrcis (if I remember correctly) fade in after Beth and her family arrive back to earth. The specific lyrics were something like "you could have it all, my empire of dirt, I will let you down. I will make you hurt" which ties in directly with Beth. She's hurt by Rick leaving her, being let down once again for abandoning her. But he gives her her freedom, his "empire of dirt", earth. Hell in the same episode it's refrenced in the advert for earth. Something like "earth meaning dirt in their language."

So planet earth is planet dirt. It ties in with that.

There was one for can your feel it, like the others, but I can't remember it.
