It has a weird feel to it. If I had to put it in words, then I would say that it has a "plastic look" to it.
Otherwise it looks pretty good.

linework's good, my only issue is with the shading.
Fix the pillow shading on the outfit, and the texture on the hair, and it'll look pretty good.
