According to my political science professor, this is what the 2016 election would have looked like had Russia not hacked the election and given it to Trump. Is this legit or is he off?

His premises are so fucking flawed and retarded that it can only be accurately said that he's correct within his own mind.

His argument was that through a combination of online bots, donations to pro-Russian media organizations like Infowars and Breitbart, as well as direct ballot creating/destroying in the actual state primaries, the Russians were able to steal the election.

They're not really liberals.

The Overton Window/political spectrum has shifted so far left in the last fifty years that the Democratic Party can only be described as Marxist or leftist. Self-described "conservatives" are in fact liberals, and genuine conservative/reactionary politics are relegated to the fringe by the media, despite them being fairly popular among the people.

I like this new meme that leftists are pushing.

Let's get it out of the way: Yes, Trump also has ties to kikes. Yes, he's a civic nationalist and not the fascist/ethnonationalist that we need. He's still better by a wide margin than anything that's come up on the ballet in a very, very long time, and shoring up the demographic situation in the US and privileging citizens above non-citizens is much better than what we could have gotten.

If we just wait for Hitler to come along and save us, we're fucked.

Your professor is a leftist hack anon. There still is no evidence Russia hacked the election or directly influenced it. Regardless, won Iowa and Ohio by about 10 percent. Even if Russia had hacked the election, there Clinton would not have won those states.
The real question is how many states would Trump have won, if illegal immigrants were actually barred from voting.

Odd that proof matters when the right is making a completely unsubstantiated claim, even one that's significantly more plausible in light of several left-wing states allowing voting without ID, and every recount causing Clinton to lose votes.

There's no "narrative" to "push".

Trump has a long history with Russia dating back to when he attempted to pierce the Iron Curtain and was snubbed by Gorby. Of course he quickly climbed into bed with them after the USSR collapsed.

I have no idea why anyone is surprised by this.

Trump also has a long history of employing underhanded tactics when attempting to get what he wants.

I have no idea why anyone is surprised by this either.

You seem to think I'm some SJW dipshit, judging by your stating the obvious.

To sum it up Comey said that;
1. The Russians definitely interfered in the 2016 election.
2. The Russians will do the same to the 2020 election, and possibly even the 2018 mid-terms.
3. Trump was not wiretapped. (side note)
>>

>>
>>726575640
He also said that not a single vote was changed.

And side note: Nunez says otherwise about wiretapping.
>>
>>726566211
He's 100% incorrect. He just took all of the swing states and gave them to Hillary under the mislead assumption that would have magically happened somehow -- but since the dawn of America every time people are upset with the government (and they've been upset for the last 8 years) the swing states change political parties. Which they did this year.

According to an FBI investigation Russia did not hack the elections. AT ALL.

What Russia DID do was "influence" the election -- in the same way putting a sign in your yard saying "vote for Hillary" is influencing the election. Russia released anti-Hillary ads. That. Is. It.

According to fivethirtyeight, Comey's October Surprise cost Clinton a little over 2 points (over 3 immediately, then a slow recovery with a mild boost when Comey retracted). Remember, that's based entirely on a weighted average of all polls.

I don't necessarily believe Comey had malicious intent - rather my hunch is that he was trying to save his own skin if Hillary won and the GOP Congress wanted a witch hunt, which he thought was a certainty.

They were also recounted, and found dependencies, only those benefited Hillary instead. Once these discrepancies were corrected, Trump actually had even more votes in these states. In Detroit alone, 27 counties had some very "odd" things like over 100% of registered voters voting, and all of the votes going to Clinton. They were starting to look into this, right when a federal judge called off the recount efforts. Coincidence? Probably not, cheating was likely to be discovered, only it wasn't by the side that they wanted it to be by.

You assume the world is black and white. You've also made the understandable mistake of falling for the last 20 years of media propaganda in which the Democrats positioned themselves as liberal and the Republicans as conservative.

Historically there were two major parties in America:

>Federalists wanted a stronger central government and less power given to the people, who were viewed as uneducated and unfit to run a country
>Democratic-Republicans wanted weaker central government and more rights in the hands of the people

It has nothing to do with "liberal" ideals -- which itself is a strange and convoluted term. Do liberals believe in abortion, free speech, gun control, and public healthcare? If What if you believe in two but not four of those? And what about gun control has anything to do with being "liberal" (definition: free to do as you choose)

It has EVERYTHING to do with the size of government

There was some historical fuckery where parties changed their names to try and trick voters, including Abraham Lincoln who claimed to run as part of the National Union Party, but really had just changed the name of the Republican party.

After all of the fuckery settled, in the 1930's or there-about, there were two parties:

>Democrats wanted bigger government and more control of people's lives. Sacrificing privacy and liberty for security and prosperity.
>Republicans wanted smaller government and more personal freedom. Sacrificing security and prosperity for privacy and liberty.

At this time racists voted 100% Democrat, because they wanted a larger government with more rules to enforce Jim Crow laws and segregation. After Republicans unanimously passed the civil rights act, racists switched parties because they wanted a SMALLER government with who wouldn't imprison them for being racist in their personal lives.

cont.

Whether the country supports liberalism or not has NOTHING to do with political parties. The Democratic party, with their mentality of stronger and larger government, paved the way for monopolies. A monopoly cannot exist without government intervention. Laws which prevent competition and hinder the growth of new companies are almost exclusively passed by Democrats under the guise of protecting people. "You don't want them digging up your yard and laying cables, right? So no one can run a cable company unless they already have cables in the ground. Wait, that's only one company? Well, too bad"

Monopolies lead to centralization wealth, so these Democratic laws caused a few people to become very wealthy and it formed a strong bond between corporate greed and government control. This meant the wealthiest and most powerful were incentivized to work hand-in-hand with Democratic leaders, and this has been the case since the 1930's

This incentive system explains why Democrats hold top positions on the boards of every single media company in America. The Democrats literally control the media.

With this control they have shifted the public view away from "bigger vs smaller" government and towards "liberal vs conservative" -- which has nothing to do with the two parties. At least, historically it didn't. But they knew it would win more votes.

Ever wonder why Obama, the "president of the people" who fought against big corporations and "protected the little guy", $700 BILLION of tax payer dollars to big corporations? He publicly said he hated rich guys and privately made them richer. He made it mandatory to purchase healthcare and then prices rose threefold.

That's not to say that this toxic view hasn't undermined the sanctity of Republican ideals. Republicans have been brainwashed just like the people, and now they're constantly fighting to prove they're "more conservative" than their neighbor -- causing the party to kill itself.

Next time someone says they vote Democrat because "they're liberal", laugh in their face.

Because being a Democrat has NOTHING to do with being liberal. Being a Democrat literally means that you want more laws passed. Being a Republican means you want fewer laws passed. At least, that's the way it should be.

This means Republicans are often viewed as "evil", because they want to let big companies run around "unchecked" and "unregulated". However people fail to realize that all of these laws and regulations actually HURT the little guy. When you force employers to pay for healthcare, you make it more expensive for start-ups to hire their first employee. When you require expensive right-of-way contracts to lay cable, you make it impossible for someone to compete with local telecom companies. When you require certain licenses and fees be paid to practice a trade, you make it impossible for people to join and therefore stifle competition.

I support the legalization of all drugs (if people overdose and kill themselves, they're just thinning out the gene pool)

I support gun ownership (if owning a gun is a crime because "you MIGHT shoot someone", owning a computer should be a crime because "you MIGHT hack someone")

I support abortion (let each person choose their own moral code, don't let the government dictate your morals for you)

I support education (people are the driver of America's economy, and the more intelligent the better)

I support a larger military (as the largest economic power in the world, there's a lot of incentive to attack us)

I support government healthcare (since people are the driver of the economy, healthcare should be considered infrastructure)

I'm a liberal Republican.

War on drugs, by the way? It was purely racist. They made heroin illegal because 80% of the people who did heroin were black. They made marijuana illegal because 80% of the people who did marijuana were Mexican.
>>
>>726566211

>>
>>726577687

The exact opposite of the truth. Without the government, monopolies would be standard due to profiteering business practices. Corporations fight against government control because they want to develop monopolies, and you are a shill for these corporations.

If by hacked the election he means "share the illegal activities Hillary has done with wikileaks", then maybe. Nobody knows what would have happened, the news media organizations didn't know, big business didn't know, it's safe to say nobody knew. Had Hillary's various shit not been dug up it iwould have been even more likely she won, but remember, Trump won fairly easily. The USA is not a democracy, it's a federation, or something else, but it's definitely not a democracy, so maybe it would have been a little closer or Hillary would have won the popular vote even easier, but Trump could still have won.

Please explain to me how, in a free market, someone wouldn't simply start up a competing business.

Let's take Time Warner Cable as an example, since they're the most hated company on earth. Why do you think no one has opened up a competing business?

Government may have explicitly passed laws banning "monopolies", however thousands of years has proven that every bad decisions made by humans has been made with good intentions. People are terrible at extrapolating and they're terrible and comprehending systems. This laser-focused and in-the-present way of thinking is great when fighting bears, but useless in a complex socio-economic landscape. Humans always think they know better, and they almost always create broken systems with loopholes, security holes, flaws, bugs, etc.

This is not a new idea nor an original one. LOTS of people have studied this.

https://mises.org/library/myth-natural-monopoly

Monopolies do not exist without government. If a free market finds itself under a monopoly, it's because a government has formed around that corporation. This is what happens in many oil-rich nations. The oil companies BECOME the government and use their money and influence to oppress people. Whether it's dictatorship or democracy, monopolies can only exist if they can be enforced. Without guns enforcing your monopoly, people will simply start up a competing business. Because basic logic says if it's profitable, people will do it.

Pathetic and uninformed excuses for an embarrassing loss. At worst, Russia INFLUENCED the results of the election, primarily through online outlets. Logically, those most exposed to this influence were young people that frequent online outlets. And interestingly enough, Trump polled terribly with young people. Russia has about as much influence as Hillary's "Our Children Are Watching" commercials.

What really happened is the Democrats propped up Hillary because 'its her turn', and the woman is simply distasteful to anyone who isn't an ultra-lib SJW with an adopted transgendered toddler. Hyperbole, maybe, but you get the point.

Trump won for a variety of reasons. America is xenophobic, Americans are untrusting of Washington, Hillary offered ZERO narrative besides "lets keep doing what we've been doing for 8 years", and frankly, the Obama administration overreached when it came to social politics and under-delivered in actual governing. The vast, vast majority of America is either uninterested or staunchly opposed to normalizing "alternative" lifestyles. Being the first country in the history of civilization to legalize gay marriage made me retch.

You call us racists, bigots, intolerant, narrow-minded, etc, and we're sick of you self-perceived 'elitists' looking down your noses at us for not embracing morally reprehensible behavior.

Trump 2020 - Toe the line or gtfo.

I agree with your politics but not your social ideals. I personally find nothing morally reprehensible about gay marriage. If you don't like it, just don't attend the ceremony. If you ignore it, it's like it's not even happening.

Just don't marry a man and your life will see literally ZERO affect. Unless you happen to work in the wedding industry, in which case you just got a FUCKLOAD of new clients.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Civil_Rights_Act_of_1964#Legislative_history

Democrats fought long and hard to try and kill the Civil Rights Act of 1964. They were even quoted as saying:

>"We will resist to the bitter end any measure or any movement which would have a tendency to bring about social equality and intermingling and amalgamation of the races in our (Southern) states."

Looking at the actual votes, I was mistaken in saying "unanimous" -- but EVERY version of the bill proposed received 80+% vote from Republicans. Meanwhile the final versions which were passed only received 61% vote from Democrats, after many compromises were made reducing the power of government to regulate private businesses. That was after 54 days of filibustering from Democrats.

Its not about my personal preference to attend ceremonies. Homosexuality has gone hand-in-hand with degeneracy for thousands of years. Literally no civilization on earth has ever normalized or legalized it. Thousands of years from now, when birth rates have declined to the point of global emergency, history students will look back on today's America with disdain. Sure, that would happen with or without gay marriage, but my point is: America already has so many "firsts", why did we have to add THAT to the list?

Do what you want in the privacy of your bedroom, but when a man leaves his wife and children to fag around, and then dies of AIDS, and his estate goes to his shit-stained faggot lover instead of his long-suffering family, I take issue with that.

Although homosexual MARRIAGE has almost never been practiced before, HOMOSEXUALITY is seen in thousands of cultures the world over through all of history. Human nature isn't to be pigeon-holed into a set of sexual or ideological beliefs. Everyone is different. Some people are straight but like the look of a penis. Some people are gay but like the feel of breasts. Some people get off to pictures of horses or crabs or well-constructed office furniture.

Homosexuality was practiced in ancient Greece, Egypt, Japan, India, and even the Americas. There are depictions and stories about homosexuality and plenty of evidence in support of it. However marriage was historically not something you did for love. Marriage was a contract to unite two houses and combine their assets. It was a business decision, and one that was dependent on the continuation of the family unit -- hence it was between two individuals capable of reproducing. It wasn't uncommon to see two homosexuals of different genders get married, have a child, then ignore one another for the rest of their lives. Marriage wasn't romantic -- it was business.

And the fact is, if gay men are out there and not wanting to have sex with women ANYWAY - whether they get married or not they still aren't affecting the birth rate. Allowing them to marry has zero effect on population birth rates.

And you'll be happy to know, we're not the first.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Same-sex_marriage#History

In 1061 AD they offered same-sex marriages in Spain.

Prior to America, it was legalized in: Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Canada, South Africa, Norway, Sweden, Portugal, Iceland, Argentina, Denmark, Brazil, France, Uruguay, New Zealand, and Luxembourg

As far as going hand-in-hand with degeneracy, that's simply untrue. It's widely spread as if it's true, but there's no statistical evidence to support it.

I'm speaking from my own experience and observations. A kid I grew up with had a gay dad who walked out on his family after 16 years of marriage. Gay dad had money, but avoided child support, alimony, etc. Gay dad got AIDS, ignored treatment, doctors gave him 6 months. In a hurry, gay dad got married, died 4 months later. Gay dad's lover got everything. Gay dad's ex-wife still works 16-hour shifts at the hospital with 4 kids at home and not enough food on the table. I don't care who you ask, that shit is reprehensible. Sure, thats an isolated incident, but after seeing the pain that family went through, I cannot and will not support government-recognized gay marriage.

>I don't care who you ask, that shit is reprehensible.

But what you said is literally the same as a man in Saudi Arabia saying "A woman in my village was given the right to drive a car. The next day she crashed into a kid who I grew up with's parent's car and killed them both. Sure, that's an isolated incident, but after that I cannot and will not support a woman's right to drive."

there were some crazy Trumpsters who were resistant to all reasonable facts basically willing from their point of view to end the Weimar Republic and give a strong man the power to make America great again. The election was razor thin where Hillary won the popular vote by 3,000,000 but lost narrowly in a few states in part because of WikiLeaks revelations. It didn't take much to swing a close election. I don't expect Donald Trump to last all 4 years. He has the maturity of a 2-year-old, the wisdom of a narcissistic 6 grade bully and the small hands of a carnival Odyssey. Many narcissistic pigs who voted for trump for their burn down the house fuck everybody else worldview they share with the president may come to regret their vote because trump is both bad for the narcissistic pig and the educated altruistic voter alike.
