I'm speaking from my own experience and observations. A kid I grew up with had a gay dad who walked out on his family after 16 years of marriage. Gay dad had money, but avoided child support, alimony, etc. Gay dad got AIDS, ignored treatment, doctors gave him 6 months. In a hurry, gay dad got married, died 4 months later. Gay dad's lover got everything. Gay dad's ex-wife still works 16-hour shifts at the hospital with 4 kids at home and not enough food on the table. I don't care who you ask, that shit is reprehensible. Sure, thats an isolated incident, but after seeing the pain that family went through, I cannot and will not support government-recognized gay marriage.

there were some crazy Trumpsters who were resistant to all reasonable facts basically willing from their point of view to end the Weimar Republic and give a strong man the power to make America great again. The election was razor thin where Hillary won the popular vote by 3,000,000 but lost narrowly in a few states in part because of WikiLeaks revelations. It didn't take much to swing a close election. I don't expect Donald Trump to last all 4 years. He has the maturity of a 2-year-old, the wisdom of a narcissistic 6 grade bully and the small hands of a carnival Odyssey. Many narcissistic pigs who voted for trump for their burn down the house fuck everybody else worldview they share with the president may come to regret their vote because trump is both bad for the narcissistic pig and the educated altruistic voter alike.
