Anyone ever heard of Aceto-whitening?
It is a quick and dirty test that both men and women can do.

It will show you if you've got any suspicious HPV like lesions, of course any keratinized or dying skin will also appear, but that is something for you to investigate.

Basically put 5% acetic acid (store bought Heinz white vinegar) on a paperwork, soak it but not dripping. Put on the suspect area for 1-3 minutes. Then with a bright flashlight and maybe even a magnifying glass, look at where you put that paper towel.
