The fundamental problem, as I see it is this. For reasons I won't go into now, the UK Government decided to hold a national referendum on membership of the EU, which they promptly and to their surprise lost. For reasons I've asked my MP but received no explanation for, the Government treated the referendum vote as if it was an election run in constituencies, with the results announced by constituency - this is flawed as it was a single referendum. So instead of us just having a single line answert to the question of the EU which is "48/52 - we're off", we end up with endless arguments about this fucking town voted "stay", that fucking county voted "leave", Scotland voted "stay". It's all bullshit and should never have been given the data and the ammunition for it to be discussed .

The UK, as a whole, voted "leave". End of.

now the ScotsNats are jumping on the bandwagon because they will never stop until they leave the UK.

I have two hopes.

1. They get a referendum and lose. They are fucked for ever.
2. They get a referendum and win, and within a short period the debts will mount and taxes will have to rise - and they're fucked for ever.
